Tanya Raffoul
Chief Executive Officer
Tanya Raffoul is a respected government relations and communications strategist with deep expertise across public policy, crisis management, communications and stakeholder engagement. With a career spanning government, law and the not-for-profit sector, she brings a rare combination of political insight, commercial acumen and execution capability.
Having served as Chief of Staff to multiple NSW Ministers across Police, Emergency Services, Transport, Veterans and Justice, Tanya has operated at the centre of government. She has advised on high-stakes issues and delivered outcomes in complex, fast-moving environments. She played a key leadership role during the Black Summer bushfires and COVID-19 pandemic, driving coordinated communications and policy responses across agencies.
Tanya has also held senior roles outside government, including Head of Communications at RSL LifeCare, where she strengthened media positioning and led crisis response frameworks, and leadership roles in national skills and workforce reform, engaging closely with Federal Government and industry stakeholders. Tanya has also contributed at an executive level to key government relations consultancy firms.
Elected as a City of Parramatta Councillor, Tanya also brings a strong community lens to her work, underpinned by governance experience and a commitment to delivering practical, outcome-driven results. She also holds board experience with a number of professional and not-for-profit organisations, where she applies her strategic expertise to strengthen long term growth.

John Abi‑Saab is a strategic advisor specialising in government relations, stakeholder engagement, crisis management, and communications. With over fifteen years’ experience across government, education, and business, he helps organisations navigate complexity, engage effectively with government, and communicate with credibility.

A trusted advisor to leaders across sectors, John provides insight on political and regulatory processes, policy risk, and government decision‑making. His approach combines legal and policy expertise with an understanding of how priorities evolve, enabling clients to anticipate issues and achieve practical outcomes.

John has held senior government and advisory roles, including Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Parliamentary Affairs to the NSW Minister for Transport, Veterans, and Western Sydney. His leadership supported major infrastructure and reform programs, such as the $66 billion Sydney Metro, through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
